Electability

When we field the idea of "electability" we have already lost the race.

Real leaders are flawed, they take chances, they have made mistakes.They lead by overcoming their flaws and defeating or at least subduing the cause of their mistakes and transgressions.

Those who are "electable" are simply good at hiding their Human Nature (in other words..liars)
